Please do not mistake this for some great scientific advances CDFD Scientists have made but they are rated second for copying other scientists original work and publishing it as if it was done at CDFD.....GREAT CDFD GREAT KEEP IT UP......after all what more can we expect from scientists who were selected under favoritism and are corrupt and facing CBI Cases......

And this Scientist goes unpunished and slated for a promotion....this raises a question....why school children or college students get punished for copying and whereas scientists go unpunished....think abt it.....
